Senior Payroll Specialist

A company is looking for a Sr. Payroll Specialist to manage payroll processing and related tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee payroll processing, including regular and off-cycle payrolls, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

Resolve payroll inquiries and issues, collaborating with payroll vendors and internal teams

Conduct audits and maintain accurate payroll documentation while verifying wage calculations and deductions

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of payroll-related experience

Experience with payroll systems such as Workday and UKG is preferred

Bachelor's degree in Payroll, Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred

Proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Slides, and Google Docs

Ability to learn new payroll and financial concepts quickly
