We're seeking a Field Supervisor (Foreman) who is a well-rounded remodeler, natural leader, and motivator who thrives on bringing out the best in teams and ensuring projects finish on time, on budget, and at the highest level of quality.

Position Overview

The Field Supervisor oversees multiple remodeling crews in the field, manages day-to-day jobsite operations, and ensures every project is fully prepared with the right tools, materials, and manpower before work begins. This role is critical in preventing project delays, avoiding costly rework, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

The ideal candidate is experienced in all phases of residential remodeling, particularly kitchens and bathrooms, and has the leadership skills to coach and develop teams while also jumping in hands-on when needed.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Development

• Lead and supervise multiple field crews across kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects.
• Coach, mentor, and develop installers to improve efficiency, craftsmanship, and teamwork.
• Address and resolve field team complaints, challenges, and performance issues.
• Motivate crews with a "get it done" mentality to drive projects to completion on schedule.
