Job Details

We are seeking a passionate, skilled, and dedicated Trust & Estate Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. This is a unique opportunity to handle complex and high-profile trust and estate litigation matters. The successful candidate will have a demonstrated record in trust and estate litigation and a passion for providing exceptional legal services to our clients. This position is permanent and full time.

Responsibilities :

• Represent clients in court proceedings related to trust and estate litigation.
• Prepare and draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, settlement agreements, and others.
• Conduct thorough legal research to support client cases and provide sound legal advice.
• Negotiate settlements in the best interest of the client.
• Conduct and defend depositions, mediations, and other dispute resolution proceedings.
• Develop relationships with clients, understanding their needs and goals, and represent their interests.
• Provide legal counsel to clients on trust and estate planning to avoid potential litigation.
• Collaborate with legal team members to develop case strategies.
• Stay updated on current laws and regulations related to trust and estate litigation.
• Maintain high standards of professional conduct while providing the highest quality legal service.
