Key Responsibilities
Ensure timely and accurate submission of claims and follow-up on assigned work lists
Resolve complex issues by coordinating with team members and other departments
Provide support and guidance to team members, serving in the supervisor's absence
Required Qualifications
Associate Degree or three additional years of relevant experience
3 years of experience in revenue cycle, finance, customer service, or data analytics
Knowledge of payer requirements and hospital policies
Ability to document account activity accurately and professionally
Experience with HealthQuest and TRAC systems is preferred
