Job descriptionProvide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols around the assigned location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns. Observe and report any unusual or suspicious activities, hazards, or security-related incidents to the appropriate Allied Universal personnel or designated contacts. Assist with access control, ensuring only authorized individuals are permitted entry to restricted areas. Work in various environments within government facilities, adapting to different conditions as required by the client site. Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal team members while on duty. Must have at least 1 year of armed security-related, law enforcement, or military experience. Must be at least 21 years of age. A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. CPR certification is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer supporting a government location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, staying visible to help deter security-related incidents and provide exceptional communication and customer service. In this primarily driving post, you will be responsible for conducting regular patrols and responding to incidents in a professional manner.
