Job Overview
The Corporate Director, Global Sales - Group strategically oversees the sales acquisition and account management of the group segment for the independent collection of hotels within Sage Hotel Management. The goal is to acquire, expand / grow, and convert group accounts for the hotels which will consist of contracted group rooms, banquet food / beverage, room rental and ancillary revenues. These efforts will ultimately provide the best possible return on investment for our owners and equity partners.

Supervisory Duties
Secure leads and group sales / revenue potential for the independent hotels while working with the sales leads at each property to improve and maintain relations.
Qualifications
Education / Formal Training
Four-year college degree or equivalent education or experience.
Experience
6 - 8 years of related experience in national account sales and / or director of sales or group sales role for a property or properties with a strong group market presence. National Account, Representation Firms and Third-Party Provider experience is preferred. Field and corporate experience is preferred. Multi unit oversight experience is preferred. Multi brand experience is preferred but not necessary. Being a member of hospitality organizations focused on account relationships is preferred.
