Pay & Schedule

Pay Range : $65,000 - $75,000 annually

Shift : Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM

Employment Type : Temp to Hire

What You'll Be Doing

• Record journal entries and ensure accurate documentation of business transactions
• Update and reconcile accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Assist in preparing balance sheets, income statements, and other financial reports
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes
• Assist with expense audits and payroll review
• Maintain financial databases to ensure data accuracy and availability
• Generate weekly and monthly reports for internal use
• Support senior accountants with various financial projects
