Position : Regional Account Manager

Your Role :

As a Regional Account Manager with Regions Pest, you will be pivotal in expanding our client base and maintaining positive, long-lasting customer relationships.

You will be the face of our company for many of our clients, embodying our core values and ensuring their utmost satisfaction with our services.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, including outreach to potential clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Conduct client meetings to present our services, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
  • Collaborate with the service team to ensure client accounts are managed efficiently, with any issues addressed promptly and effectively.
  • Monitor account performance and develop strategies to encourage client retention and growth.
  • Provide feedback from clients to the service teams to help tailor our offerings to market needs.

Ideal Candidate :

  • Proven sales experience, ideally within the service industry.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively.
  • A strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Valid drivers license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
  • A commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
