We are looking for an Operations Supervisor who is very organized and focused on getting things done to manage and coordinate the daily operations of our company. The Operations Supervisor will be in charge of managing teams, making sure that processes are as efficient as possible, making sure that company policies are followed, and helping the department work more efficiently and productively as a whole. The best candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as a track record of driving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities :
Make sure that operational staff are doing their jobs well and following company rules by supervising, training, and supporting them.
Keep an eye on the workflow and give out tasks to make sure everything runs smoothly and that production or service deadlines are met.
Look at how things work and suggest changes that will make them more efficient and save money.
Make sure that you follow the rules of the company, the law, and the standards of the industry.
Make schedules, keep track of who is there, and keep an eye on how well employees are doing.
Work with other departments to solve problems with operations and help the business reach its goals.
Keep accurate records, write reports, and show management operational metrics.
Take care of customer service issues and put in place fixes to make the service better.
Help new and current team members get started and keep learning.
Qualifications :
An associate's or bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field is preferred.
Three or more years of experience in operations or management.
Good at leading and managing teams.
Great at talking to people and getting along with them.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and experience with software for managing operations.
A focus on solving problems and paying attention to details.
Ability to handle many tasks at once and work in a busy setting.
