We are a growing startup developing state-of-the-art soccer centers—modern complexes with small-sided fields. Currently, we have 22 sites with more in development.

We are seeking highly motivated, kid-centric, aspiring educators and coaches to join our team at Sofive Soccer Centers. As an MCSA Coach, you will have the opportunity to deliver Manchester City's methodology and philosophy through our youth programs at our state-of-the-art centers.

Job Description :

You will be enrolled in the Manchester City coach development program, supporting your growth into an excellent coach. We provide full coaching kits, curriculum packs, and ongoing training to ensure your success.

Key Responsibilities :

• Incorporate City Football Group's coaching philosophy, methodology, and principles into program delivery.
• Support the Academy Director and lead staff before, during, and after sessions, attending meetings and training as required.
• Deliver coaching sessions professionally, following weekly session plans and the 10-week curriculum.
• Work individually and as part of a team to meet project expectations.
• Participate in the Manchester City coach development program.
• Utilize provided coaching kits and resources.
• Access the Manchester City Play coaching curriculum.
• Receive ongoing support and training for coaching development.
