Project Operations Specialist

A company is looking for a Project Operations Specialist - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of client onboarding projects

Analyze client data to inform setup decisions and ensure accurate configuration

Manage multiple concurrent onboarding projects, ensuring alignment with timelines and budgets

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in business analysis, client implementation, or project management

2+ years with data analysis skills (Excel, SQL, Tableau, etc.)

1+ years experience with project management tools (Jira, Asana, Smartsheet)

Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines

PMP, CBAP, or similar certification preferred
