As a Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll work with the Electrical or the Mechanical side of the operations. Your daily managerial responsibilities will require you to have strong troubleshooting skills for either area. You’ll be responsible for all maintenance personnel, maintenance planners, & facilities personnel. This role will be a rotational shift position.

Your focus will be to develop & implement a proactive maintenance program moving us away from reactive behavior. We need you to increase machine up-time and decrease unexpected downtime.

You’ll need experience in heavily industrial environment such as steel, aluminum, pulp & paper. Your approach will need to be very hands-on as this is no desk job. Need experience with reliability & preventative maintenance programs. Experience in a Lean environment is a huge plus.

Minimum requirements for Maintenance Supervisors :

• At least 5 years of heavy industrial maintenance experience
• Proficiency in either Electrical Maintenance with working knowledge of mechanical OR proficiency in Mechanical Maintenance with working knowledge of electrical
• Experience with a Preventative Maintenance Program
• Ability & willingness to work rotating shifts
• Someone that will be ready to step into a larger role within a few years .
