When you join Oracle Health Consulting as a Change Management Director Change Management Program Oversight, you become part of a high-impact leadership team supporting our Federal customers in the largest electronic health record modernization effort in the nation. In this director level role (with no direct reports) you will be accountable for the success of our consulting change management program, overseeing all deployment workstreams, serving as primary program oversight for large, complex healthcare IT initiatives, and ensuring projects deliver exceptional value to our customers on time and under budget. You will also provide third-party consultant oversight, drive financial performance, and act as a senior client-facing leader.

You bring deep expertise in change management and have successfully led large-scale healthcare IT transformation efforts. You are comfortable with full financial accountability for multiple projects and can balance scope, schedule, and budget. You excel at motivating and guiding teams (including third-party consultants) without direct line authority. You have exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills and can simplify complex information for senior audiences. You demonstrate resilience, adaptability, and a process-improvement mindset in ambiguous, high-stakes environments.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only US : Hiring Range in USD from : $120,100 to $251,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
