Must-Have :

Circulating experience for cesarean sections.

Experience in an environment that performs a minimum of 200 deliveries per month.

Ability to float between like units as required.

Commitment to working 3 of the 5 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day).

Description :

We are seeking a Registered Nurse specializing in Labor and Delivery.

The position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a labor and delivery setting.

Candidates must have the necessary certifications including ACLS, BCLS, NRP, Advanced AWHONN, and a LA Fire Card.

First-time travelers are accepted for this role.

The patient ratio is 1 nurse to 2 patients.

The facility provides various interdisciplinary support services.

Nurses are expected to manage care for neonates and adults within a daily census.

Candidates must be able to circulate for cesarean sections in the operating room.

Weekend coverage is not required for this position.

Candidates must submit supervisory references covering at least 1 year within the last 3 years.

All travelers are expected to float between facilities as needed.

Refusal to float may lead to termination of the assignment.

Communication devices necessary for the role will be provided at no cost.
