Key Responsibilities
Define the strategy and roadmap for driving repeat engagement and communicating value across New Verticals
Build and execute full-funnel marketing campaigns across various channels to drive growth
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on business objectives and influence customer behavior
Required Qualifications
8+ years of marketing experience in a corporate or startup environment, preferably in tech, eCommerce, or CPG
Proven success in driving retention and customer engagement through lifecycle or growth marketing
Strong strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable marketing strategies
2+ years of people leadership experience with a focus on developing high-performing teams
Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
