Our manufacturing facility is in Chili, NY just west of the Rochester International Airport. Our Sales Team works closely with customers to assist them with custom requests for a variety of markets ranging from entertainment, semiconductor, medical, military and more. Position Description

The Machine Operator is responsible for the fabrication of optics.

Qualifications :

Education / Certifications : High School Diploma or equivalent.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience :

  • Basic Blueprint reading
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Good math and reading skills.
  • Good communication skills both verbal and written.

Essential Functions

  • Basic operation of equipment.
  • Replacement of polishing pad when damaged or worn.
  • Regular cleaning and basic upkeep of equipment.
  • Use of micrometer to measure thickness of parts.
  • Handling and cleaning of optics.
  • Perform other duties as needed and assigned.
