LPN Position Summary

As a LPN at Madison House, you'll be an essential part of our residents' care. Responsibilities include :

Administer meds, assist with treatments, and support daily resident care.

Participate in admissions, discharges and transfers of residents as required.

Report any changes in a resident’s condition to the nurse supervisor and keep them informed of factors that interfere with being able to perform work as assigned.

Perform other assigned duties given by clinical or administrative leadership.

Maintain confidentiality of protected health information, including verbal, written and electronic communications.

LPN Requirements

Current unrestricted LPN License for the state of Tennessee

Current CPR / BLS Certification
