Key Responsibilities

Lead process transformation initiatives for payer operations, focusing on practice rostering and provider enrollment

Utilize data analysis to identify trends and enhance operational performance

Mentor staff and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration or Healthcare Administration

Six Sigma certification or commitment to complete within the first 6 months

5+ years of experience in payer or healthcare operations

3+ years of experience leading process improvement initiatives

Advanced proficiency in data management systems and tools like Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel
