Location : Aurora, IL off North Orchard Road

Shifts and Pay : For most roles, there are both day and night shift hours available. We have part-time positions working weekends as well.

Dayshift : $17.75 / hour

Nightshift : $19.25 / hour

• Weekend Shift Differential (Saturday & Sunday only) $1 / hour
• Weekend + Night Shift Differential (Saturday & Sunday Night only) $2 / hour

Roles Available :

• Kitchen Labeling Associate - You will be responsible for accurately labeling and packing ingredients for at-home recipe meal kits.
• Kitchen Associate You will be responsible for accurately preparing and packing ingredients for at-home recipe meal kits.
• Sanitation Associate Cleaning food production equipment and surface areas; carrying out all the activities involved in maintaining cleanliness and a food safe environment in production areas, surrounding areas and equipment.
• Production Associate You will be processing, preparing, picking, packing, and shipping customer orders.
• Warehouse / Inventory Associate processes BOL’s (Bill of Lading) and PO’s. The Warehouse Associate also picks products from inventory as needed, delivers items to appropriate production areas and adjusts on the computer.

The Warehouse Associate prepares completed products for transport by outside carriers.

Quality Control Associate - Audits our production processes to ensure our customers receive a safe, high-quality product.

This position completes various inspections on the quality of fresh produce and the inclusion of all required ingredients.

Attention to detail and the ability to work independently are key for this role.

Other Role / s Available :

Sanitation Associate (Dish Room) - Responsible for cleaning and sanitation of all food production equipment and machinery.

I.E. Production machines, tables, mats, compost bins, sinks, drains, walls, and any surface that is scheduled for sanitation duties.

• Dayshift : $18.75 / hour
• Nightshift : $20.25 / hour

Work Environment :

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is in a manufacturing and assembly environment and is regularly exposed to cool and / or cold temperatures (10º - 40º).
• The employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud.

Qualifications :

• Be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to work as part of a team and individually.
• Attention to detail and quality control.
• Able to stand on your feet and work between 8-12 hours per shift.
• Able to grasp objects and lift up to 25-50lbs.
• Able to work in a temperature-controlled environment.
• Willing and able to work the entire schedule as we cannot accommodate partial shifts or early / late arrivals.
