Job descriptionDeliveries are performed at the local hospital. GYN surgeries / procedures at Sutter Surgical Hospital. Da Vinci robot is available and fully supported. Reliable block OR time with minimal scheduling barriers. Strong delivery volume Call rotation : 1 : 6, evenly distributed among physicians. Weekend call : Friday through Sunday (typically covers OB and GYN patients). Weekday call : Rotates among providers; call responsibilities are shared fairly. Clinic during call : Physicians generally continue to see patients in the clinic while on call, with the flexibility to adjust hours or take a post-call day off if needed. Competitive income guarantee : Up to 2 years, with transition to production. Sign-on bonus : Up to $20,000. Relocation assistance : Up to $20,000. Residency stipend : Up to $3,000 per month for up to 24 months while in residency. Forgivable loan : Up to $200,000. Shareholder track : Accelerated 12-month pathway. Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) eligible. Zero-cost medical, dental, and vision insurance for physicians and dependents. CME allowance. Paid time off and a supportive work–life balance. Sutter North Medical Group (SNMG), a premier multi-specialty medical group located just north of Sacramento, is seeking a Generalist OB / GYN to join our thriving team.

Practice Highlights
- Flexible clinic schedule with a standard 4.5-day week (alternative schedules such as 4x10s supported).
- Average daily volume of ~25 patients, with autonomy to increase based on preference.
- Efficient scheduling templates (15 / 30 or 10 / 20 minute visits).
- Current practice mix : 60% OB / 40% GYN.
- Team of 6 experienced OB / GYNs and 2 advanced practice providers (NPs).
- Mid-levels assist with C-sections and may attend deliveries at the patient's request.
