Residential Building Inspector for Multi-Family projects. The role focuses on inspecting waterproofing envelopes, balcony and deck construction, and related methods. The inspector works independently and is self-managing.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site inspections of multi-family residential buildings to assess compliance with plans and codes.
• Evaluate the waterproof envelope and balcony / deck construction methods for quality and durability.
• Use ladders, borescopes, thermal imaging, and other inspection tools to document conditions.
• Maintain thorough documentation of findings and photos (photo catalogue).
• Collaborate with property owners, contractors, and management to support project success.
