Job description

Overview

DevOps Architect position requiring extensive experience in AWS, CI / CD automation, and cloud-native design patterns. Candidates typically have a strong background in DevOps practices, cloud services, and automation tooling.

Responsibilities

  • Note : Responsibilities are implied by the qualifications and typical duties of a DevOps Architect in AWS environments. Please refer to the original description for detailed expectations.

Qualifications

  • 10-12 years of experience with minimum 4 implementations of DevOps on AWS
  • Experience in building and maintaining CI / CD pipeline automation in tools like Jenkins / CloudBees with scripting languages such as Groovy, Ruby, or Python
  • Experience in implementing solutions for automating Client model, Client OPS, Kubernetes, Docker, Python
  • Practical experience designing, building, and automating solutions utilizing AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, KMS, Route 53, Lambda, Airflow & Client FLOW, IAM, Kinesis, ECS and API Gateway
  • Hands-on experience working with cloud automation tools such as Terraform
  • Hands-on experience working in DevOps teams / organizations with applied Agile development practices
  • Hands-on experience with automated tooling such as Chef, Puppet, Ansible
  • Hands-on experience with Docker and container orchestration
  • Hands-on coding in at least one programming language and a desire to learn more
  • In-depth, practical experience with cloud methodologies (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS), automation, orchestration, trends and industry-leading cloud vendor offerings
