Job Summary
Documentation Review : Conduct thorough reviews of clinical and chart documentation to ensure compliance with Aegis policies, state and federal regulations, and payor requirements.Quality Improvemen t : Implement quality improvement initiatives based on data analysis and identified trends. Monitor the effectiveness of these initiatives.Training and Support : Provide training and guidance to clinical staff on documentation best practices, compliance standards, and quality improvement processes.Regulatory Compliance : Ensure timely and accurate submission of reports to relevant regulatory bodies. Stay up-to-date with changes in regulations and ensure the organization's compliance.Collaboration : Work closely with the Director of Quality Assurance and other department heads to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.Leadership : Lead and participate in quality assurance projects aimed at improving patient outcomes and operational efficiency.Desired Skills & Qualifications
