Our Client is seeking a motivated professional to work as a Direct Support Professional in the Fairfax, Falls Church, Vienna, Oakton, Alexandria, and Springfield areas.

SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY

• Provide direct care services to adults with an IDD diagnosis such as meal preparations, feeding, bathing, changings, administering medication, group outings, and other various activities
• Fill in as assigned for any aide-level position in Residential services
• Document all activities specific to shift or service activity
• Ensure compliance with safe work practices and maintain safe environment in compliance with established agency standards, licensing regulations, and generally accepted practices
