Assembly Manufacturing Supervisor
Electrical Mechanical Assembly Manufacturing Production Supervisor (1st Shift)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical assembly and mechanical assembly
- Must have at least 5 years of manufacturing supervision experience
- Compensation up to $75, for the right candidate
- Must be a US citizen or have a Green Card
- No remote work

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity for an Electrical and Mechanical Assembly Manufacturing Production Supervisor on the first shift.
The position is with a growing company in the metal product manufacturing industry. The employer values internal promotion and is seeking individuals who are looking to advance their careers.

The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities :
- Work 40 to 50 hours per week on the first shift
- Supervise, lead, motivate, and correct production employees
- Ensure timely completion of production jobs according to the shipping schedule
- Allocate production resources
- Identify and resolve obstacles affecting production timelines
- Contribute to production and quality improvements while minimizing costs
- Ensure a safe and organized shop floor
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications :
- At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing supervision
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical assembly
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in mechanical assembly
- At least 1 year of experience in handling shipping schedules
- Must have a proactive and assertive demeanor
- Strong work history
- Must be a US citizen or possess a Green Card
- Must reside within a 45-minute commuting distance
