Position Summary :

We are seeking a driven, outgoing, and provenB2B Sales Representativeto join our dynamic team. This individual will play a key role in driving new patient growth by fostering and maintaining referral relationships with medical providers, attorneys, case managers, community organizations, and other strategic partners.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing referral partners to drive patient referrals.
• Regularly visit medical offices, legal firms, and community organizations to promote La Clinicas services.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships within target markets.
• Represent La Clinica at networking events, conferences, and community outreach programs.
• Maintain an organized database of contacts, leads, and activity using CRM tools.
• Collaborate with clinic leadership and marketing to align outreach strategies and messaging.
• Provide regular reports on outreach performance and referral growth.
