We’re seeking a Workday HRIS Benefits, Absence & Integrations Analyst to join our high-performing HRIS team at our corporate headquarters in Dunwoody, GA. This is a hands-on role for someone who knows Workday benefits inside and out—and wants to own Benefits, Absence, and Integrations from design through delivery.
The Workday Benefits, Absence & Integrations Analyst is a key member of our Workday HRIS team, responsible for delivering scalable, high-quality Workday HCM solutions across the organization. This role provides hands-on configuration support in the areas of Benefits, Absence, and Integrations. The ideal candidate brings deep Workday expertise, strong analytical capability, and a passion for partnering with business leaders to improve processes, enhance system performance, and support enterprise-wide HR transformation initiatives.
This role is 100% on-site, five days per week. Collaboration matters here, and you’ll work closely with HR, Benefits, Payroll, vendors, and leadership to drive scalable, enterprise-wide solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Advanced Workday experience in Benefits, Absence, and Integrations (non-negotiable)
Direct, hands-on leadership experience administering Workday Benefits and supporting complex Absence requirements
Experience supportinghigh-volume organizations (10,000+ employees) in multi-state environments
Proven success owning complex Workday integrations and vendor relationships
Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
Excellent communication skills—you can explain technical concepts to non-technical partners
Advanced proficiency in Excel and reporting tools
Ability to work on-site in our Dunwoody, GA corporate office five days per week
