As an IS Support Administrator at Providence, you'll be the go-to expert for resolving customer issues, fulfilling IT service requests, and supporting technical project deployments. You'll deliver timely, accurate, and customer-focused support to caregivers, partners, and customers across Providence St. Joseph Health. In this role, you'll diagnose hardware, software, and network issues with precision, leverage remote tools as effectively as face-to-face interactions, and guide users through solutions with clarity and confidence. Collaboration is key-you'll work closely with other IT teams to ensure seamless resolutions while sharing knowledge, following processes, and providing basic training to empower end users. Required Qualifications :

• 5 or more years of experience providing technical support in a high volume, technology focused call center
• Experience using knowledge management tools
