Summary / Objective

Provide strategic leadership and structure to the organization’s Quality function by ensuring compliant, efficient, and sustainable processes, programs, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, maintain, and continuously improve the Quality function and management systems.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and certification requirements (e.g., FDA, USDA, 21 CFR 111 / 117, GMP, NSF, ISO).
• Oversee quality systems, documentation, and CAPA processes for non-conformances.
• Manage and prioritize Quality projects to meet business and customer objectives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive process improvements and ensure alignment with company goals.
• Develop and track KPIs to monitor quality performance and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Serve as Subject Matter Expert and liaison for regulatory, certification, and customer audits.
• Coach and develop team members to support business growth and scalability.
• Promote a culture of compliance, safety, and quality excellence across all departments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
