You'll represent authors with fierce intelligence and strategic flair, turning manuscripts into media moments and quiet launches into national conversations.

You know how to pitch a debut novelist to a jaded journalist - and land it. You've secured morning show segments, trade buzz, podcast interviews, and influencer chatter - and you know that earned media is still the holy grail.

You can write a press release that sings, build a tour that moves books, and handle a literary crisis with the calm of the seasoned pro that you are.

You understand the rhythms of the publishing calendar, the quirks of literary media, and the difference between a good review and a viral moment.

You care about authors. You believe in stories. You fight for books.

Brown Books Publishing Group is seeking a fulltime dynamo to lead our inhouse agency representing authors from all genres. The perfect candidate will have experience in sales, management, branding, in addition to PR and marketing. We publish all genres, but are especially proud of our new non-profit, RADO'S Press (RESCUE ANIMALS DESERVE OUR SUPPORT) that will launch in the spring.
