Job Description

The Billing Clerk is responsible for accurately processing vehicle deals, maintaining organized records, and supporting the dealership's administrative and accounting functions.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Bill all new and used car deals and post into accounting.
• Organize all deal paperwork; check for completeness (verify costs and profits, signatures, VIN, etc.).
• Process dealer trades in and out and process finance cancelations.
• Performing schedule reviews and reconciliation throughout the month.
• Work with the F&I department to ensure timely deal processing.
• Process wholesales.
• Route paid deals to the tag and title clerk for processing as soon as money is received in house.
• Provide administrative support to management, other departments and employees as needed.
• Assist with filing and scanning.

Compensation (Hourly) : $24.00 - 28.00 / hour Based on experience and qualifications.

The Billing Clerk Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $24.00 and $28.00 / hour.

Schedule : FULL TIME Monday - Friday between the hours of 7 : 30am - 6pm. Overtime required on first business day of the month.
