Some patients may experience financial vulnerability during their treatment. CAREXST financial navigators evaluate their level of exposure to the possibility of financial toxicity which can hinder patients treatment. This personalized approach to providing patients with knowledge and hopefully financial savings will add a level of comfort and improved health outcomes to an otherwise challenging moment. The company is associated with a broad range of account receivable management, patient advocacy, and consultation services to assist the needs of our healthcare clients.

CAREXST is seeking an Oncology Financial Navigator to work on behalf of our client facility(ies) in New Brunswick, NJ.

Duties Include :

• Assist cancer patients in applying for pharmaceutical assistance or charitable foundation assistance
• Counsel patients in navigating through medical bills, insurance benefits, and financial resources available through  pharmaceutical companies and charitable foundations
• Working with patients, physicians, nursing staff, pharmaceutical and charitable foundations
• Travel to other client facilities as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements :

Physical Exam, PPD screening, and immunization records are also required. COIVD vaccine required. Minimum high school diploma or GED is also required.

Work schedule : Monday - Friday 8 : 00 am 4 : 30 pm
