Legal Practice Assistant

Our client, a respected law firm, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Legal Practice Assistant (LPA) to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a sophisticated legal environment that offers challenging, interesting, and rewarding work.
This role requires 3+ years of legal experience and will involve providing comprehensive support to partners and associates across a diverse range of practice areas, including Bankruptcy, Corporate, Environmental, Litigation, Real Estate, Tax, Trusts & Estates. The firm values excellence, integrity, and a commitment to high-quality client service.
Responsibilities :
- Assisting with the preparation and filing of legal documents.
- Managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
- Handling extensive client communications and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Organizing and maintaining physical and electronic files.
- Processing expenses, invoices, and other financial documentation.
- Providing support for various projects and tasks as needed by attorneys
- Qualifications
- Experience : A minimum of 3 years of legal experience in a law firm setting.
- Skills :
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Client-focused approach with a strong commitment to service.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task effectively in a high-volume environment.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel) and InTapp is required.
- Knowledge of iManage and PowerPoint is a plus.
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to) : $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 Per Year
