Base Pay :

$20.00–$25.00 per 50-minute massage (based on experience)

Uncapped Commission on Upgrades :

Earn $3–$8 per upgrade

Top performers make an extra $6–$9 / hr just from upgrades

Generous Tips :

Average $20–$30 per service

Tips range from 18%–25% of service price

All tips go straight to you via Tippy

Total Earnings :

Full-Time (30 hrs / week) : $65,000–$88,000 annually

Part-Time (15 hrs / week) : $33,000–$44,000 annually

Your Role as a Massage Therapist :

As part of our team, you'll :

Hold and maintain an active Massage Therapy License

Carry massage liability insurance

Customize treatment plans based on each client's unique needs

Communicate clearly with clients and spa staff

Maintain a clean, professional work environment

Attend hands-on training, workshops & webinars

Help us meet spa goals while keeping clients coming back!
