Hours and Compensation Potential : -Full-time position.-Compensation ranges from $51K to $75K depending on experience.-Comprehensive benefits package included.

What We're Looking For : -Bachelor's or Master's degree in a mental health field such as counseling, social work, or music therapy.

• License, registration, and / or certification appropriate to the field.-Knowledge of DSM-V diagnosis. What You'll Be Doing : -Conduct therapy assessments and provide group and individual therapy to inpatient psychiatric patients of all ages.
• Complete documentation accurately and within specified time frames.-Cross-train as appropriate and contribute to various department needs.
• Assess patient strengths and needs, delegating tasks to Mental Health Technicians as necessary.-Participate in outpatient behavioral health services and conduct group therapy sessions.
• Work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary treatment team. Additional Info : Reports to a Director who is highly respected and supportive.
