Job Description :

  • manage the full-cycle AP function
  • oversee vendor relationships
  • partner with project managers to ensure accurate coding and payment execution
  • champion the invoice approval workflow & support audit readiness
  • lead the 1099 filing process

    • Qualifications :

  • 3-5 years progressive AP experience (construction / project-based industry preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP, vendor compliance, and full-cycle AP processes.
  • Advanced Excel skills; Viewpoint ERP experience a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
