Job descriptionGreet customers warmly and write up repair orders Communicate clearly in person and over the phone Schedule service appointments and coordinate alternate transportation Conduct vehicle walk-arounds to document concerns for technician diagnosis Review recommended services and document any declined repairs for future follow-up Keep customers informed about repair status, completion times, and costs Process payments and cashier transactions Collaborate closely with technicians and fellow advisors Ensure every customer has a positive experience from drop-off to delivery Strong customer service and communication skills Friendly, professional, and highly organized demeanor Ability to multitask in a fast-paced team environment Proficiency with computers (Microsoft Word, Excel, and typing skills) High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation Ability to bend, lift up to 50 lbs, and stand for extended periods Must have valid driver's license and insurable driving record and pass pre-employment drug screen. Main Shop Service Advisor
Compensation : $60,000$80,000 per year (hourly + commission, based on experience)
Schedule : MondayFriday, 7 : 30 AM5 : 30 PM (one late nightMonday or Wednesday until 6 PM) No Weekends!
