International Customer Service Rep Conroe, TX

We have an opportunity for a Customer Service Rep to join our Conroe, TX team.

You will be working closely with cross-functional groups to assist customers in processing sales orders, resolving simple and complex customer questions, gaining technical knowledge and experience of the manufacturing process and products and building stronger relationships with our customers!

You will :

• Respond to customer inquiries for pricing, part ordering, order shipment / invoice information and quality and technical data
• Acquire detailed knowledge and business acumen of the products and processes
• Provide high quality communication and professionalism to customers, cross-functional partners and other stakeholders while demonstrating tenacity to meet customer expectations.
• Work collaboratively with Manufacturing Operations, Shipping, Engineering, R&D and Quality departments to solve customer questions and inquiries
• Take initiative to seek answers and raise concerns or issues, work quickly, effectively and professionally, even under stress

Key Qualifications :

Hours : 8 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m. On-site Mon-Thurs, and work from home on Fri.

Compensation : For this full-time position working at this location, the anticipated hourly base pay range will be $22.00 to $26.00 per hour, DOE. At Pentair, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the pay range. Pentair considers various factors in determining actual compensation for this position at the expected location. Actual compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, work location, and other relevant business or organizational needs.
