Key Responsibilities
Serve as a trusted partner to managers and employees on HR-related matters
Manage and resolve complex employee relations concerns with thoughtful recommendations
Support training efforts and coach managers through performance management processes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or a related field
10+ years of progressive HR experience
Experience in a federal or defense contracting environment
Strong understanding of employment-related laws and HR compliance
Professional certification in Human Resources (PHR or SPHR) is desired
