As a Security Professional - Armed Aero Patrol in Greenville, SC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero / Defense, and more. As an Armed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated areas within an aerospace and defense location, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a secure environment. This role requires both an armed guard card and a valid driver's license, as you will be responsible for conducting routine patrols by vehicle and / or on foot. You will remain visible, interact professionally with personnel, and provide outstanding customer service while upholding Allied Universal's values of integrity, teamwork, and innovation.

Monday 12 : 45 PM - 8 : 45 PM

Tuesday 12 : 45 PM - 8 : 45 PM

Friday 12 : 45 PM - 8 : 45 PM

Saturday 12 : 45 PM - 8 : 45 PM

Sunday 12 : 45 PM - 8 : 45 PM

What You'll Do :

  • Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
  • Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
  • Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
  • Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
  • Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

  • Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including emergency response activities when appropriate.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
  • Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and / or breaches.
  • Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas within an aerospace and defense location, reporting any suspicious activity or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and patrols as required by Allied Universal and client protocols.
  • Collaborate with site personnel and law enforcement as needed to address security-related incidents and emergencies.
  • Remain alert and prepared to respond to evolving situations in a high-security environment, adapting to changing conditions and requirements.

  • Minimum Requirements :

  • Possess at least one year of experience in armed security-related, law enforcement, or military roles.
  • Hold a current armed guard card or license as required by applicable laws and regulations.
  • A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Participate in industry-specific security-related training programs.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
