Our Bassett Design Consultants are responsible for building meaningful and long-term customer relationships. They possess comprehensive knowledge of furniture construction and design trends, utilizing 'relationship selling' techniques through interior design consultations and makeovers to maximize sales opportunities. Our design consultants enjoy the design process!

Opportunity

• Full-time schedule with a starting hourly rate of $22.00, ranging from $22.00 to $26.00 / hour
• Additional commission compensation, including for In-Home Design Consulting
• Comprehensive benefits package
• Consistent work schedule with 3 days off every other week
• Store hours : Sunday through Saturday, 11 am - 6 pm
• Friendly, positive work environment with supportive management
• Average monthly sales of $70,000, resulting in an annual income of approximately $67,000
