Job Overview
A Member Service Associate I is an entry-level position that provides front-line support to Patriot Mobile members by addressing inquiries related but not limited to billing and account maintenance, troubleshooting, activation, and retention. This role requires strong communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to navigate internal systems efficiently while delivering excellent Member experiences.
