This Role

Our collaborative production team is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer located at our Turners Falls, MA production facility. This will be a full time , in-person role reporting to plant leadership.

What You Will Do

This Manufacturing Engineer will help improve the efficiency of manufacturing operations at the Turners Falls facility by supporting and improving the facilitys production system, including verifying and improving various manufacturing processes.

How You Will Do It

Process Design and Improvement

• Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes for the production of HVAC systems and components.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety.
• Develop and implement process documentation, including work instructions, standard operating procedures, and process flow diagrams.
• Document and review routings and Bill of Materials for accuracy.
