Responsibilities of Registered Nurse (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) :

• The Registered Nurse (RN), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the written plan of care as well as physicians plan of treatment
• The Registered Nurse (RN), Licensed Practical Nurse follows a plan of care designed by our Nurse Manager
• Registered Nurse (RN), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Perform Medication Administration and Treatments per POC
• Monitor residents' conditions and report accordingly by the Registered Nurse (RN), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
• Accurate documentation in accordance with the provided orders
