We are looking for a Senior Manager of Expansion & Enablement to join our growing maternity care company and lead national expansion efforts with a keen focus on operational scalability and excellence. We\'re searching for a mission-aligned leader who is excited to build at the intersection of healthcare, technology, and human-centered design — helping to reimagine how maternity care is delivered at scale.

This team member will be responsible for designing and executing the strategies and processes that enable Oula to grow into new markets quickly and efficiently, while maintaining the highest standard of care and an exceptional patient experience. This is a highly cross-functional role that will liaise across teams and functions, surfacing and solving barriers to scale. It\'s the perfect opportunity for someone who thrives in complexity, has a bias for systems thinking, and wants to have a lasting impact on how care is delivered nationwide.

Desired Experience & Qualifications

Oula offers a competitive total rewards package which includes base salary, and comprehensive benefits. Exact compensation inclusive of salary and any bonuses is determined based on a number of factors including experience and skill level, location, and qualifications which are assessed during the interview process. Salary Range

$135,000—$150,000 USD
