Program Manager

Overview :

Join Dorleco’s dynamic engineering team as a Program Manager driving next-generation battery systems and EV integration projects. In this role, you will lead cross-functional teams, manage program scope, timelines, budgets, and ensure flawless execution through APQP, PPAP, ISO / IATF, UN 38.3, and ISO 26262 compliance. As the primary customer interface,

you will oversee design reviews, validation activities, sourcing, and tooling kickoff while proactively identifying risks and ensuring delivery excellence. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and bring strong leadership, communication, and technical expertise in EV and battery programs, we want you on our team.

Role and Responsibilities

Preferred experience and skills

5+ years of program management in automotive, EV, or energy storage industriesStrong understanding of battery technologies and EV product lifecyclesExcellent communication, leadership, and customer relationship skillsAbility to multitask and manage in a fast-paced, ambitious environmentProficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira)
