General Manager - Executive Dining

Aramark is seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead operations for a high-profile executive dining space at a prestigious corporate client site. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional with a passion for excellence, innovation, and personalized service in a refined, client-facing environment.

Compensation : The salary range for this position is $120,000-$140,000. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark's good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

Job Responsibilities

Client Engagement & Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the client's executive team, ensuring seamless communication and personalized service.
  • Anticipate client needs and proactively deliver solutions that exceed expectations.
  • Partner with client stakeholders to plan and execute high-touch events, meetings, and VIP services.

Front-of-House Leadership

  • Oversee all FOH operations including reception, dining room service, event setup, and guest experience.
  • Ensure consistent delivery of elevated hospitality standards, including table service, ambiance, and presentation.
  • Lead daily pre-service briefings and service execution with attention to detail and discretion.
  • Team Development & Culture

  • Recruit, train, and mentor a professional FOH team focused on service excellence and client satisfaction.
  • Foster a culture of hospitality, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and coaching sessions.
  • Service Innovation & Experience Design

  • Collaborate with culinary leadership to curate seasonal menus and bespoke dining experiences.
  • Implement service enhancements that reflect the client's brand and executive preferences.
  • Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to elevate the overall experience.

    Qualifications

    In order to be prepared for this leadership role, qualified candidates will possess :

  • Bachelor's degree level education highly preferred in an area of Food Service, Hospitality, Facilities, or Business Management.
  • The ability to focus on client and customer services, entrepreneurship and building and growing a strong business is essential to success in this role.
  • Savvy interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with clients, senior management, and Aramark support staff.
  • Comfortable reading, understanding, and implementing contractual requirements, including identifying opportunities within contract terms and conditions to address operational issues.
  • Meaningful experience in service industry, contract services, or hospitality environment.
  • Proven ability leading through other managers.
  • Experience in creating and managing a department budget, financial controls and analysis.
  • Experience crafting product sales strategies and implementing operational programs and initiatives.
  • This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and / or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and / or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
