THE INS AND OUTS OF THE ROLE
Work Schedule & Location: This is a full-time position based in Duncanville, TX. Shifts may vary but are always within regular business hours.
Your Typical Day: As Our Dental Office Admin, you start your day by ensuring the schedule is set, patient flow is seamless, and the team is ready to deliver exceptional care. Throughout the day, you guide staff, oversee billing, assist with treatment planning, and address patient inquiries. Your leadership drives efficiency, maintains compliance with regulations, and keeps the atmosphere positive. By the end of the day, you've helped the practice succeed while supporting a team that feels like family.
