What You'll Do :

The Workplace Experience Manager at CoreWeave plays a key role in ensuring the office environment is welcoming, professional, and efficient for all staff and visitors. This on-site position requires strong organizational, relationship management, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on smooth daily operations and support for company culture initiatives.

About The Role :

As Workplace Experience Manager, you'll oversee the daily operations that keep our office running smoothly and ensure a welcoming, productive environment for employees and visitors. From managing vendor relationships, food and beverage programs, and office supplies to coordinating events and culture initiatives, you'll play a central role in shaping the workplace experience. You'll also support onboarding, front desk operations, and space management while keeping safety and organization top of mind. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, service-minded, and excited to foster a positive workplace culture.

Who You Are :

  • 2+ years experience in workplace or facilities management, office administration, hospitality, or a related role.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills; proactive with excellent attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated experience managing vendors and building professional relationships.
  • Able to prioritize multiple tasks and resolve issues independently.
  • Comfortable working onsite Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm, with occasional flexibility for early / late events.
  • Familiarity with workplace safety and emergency procedures.
  • Experience supporting events, onboarding, and office culture initiatives highly valued.

    The base salary range for this role is $75,000 to $110,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).

    While we prioritize a hybrid work environment, remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office, based on role requirements for specialized skill sets. New hires will be invited to attend onboarding at one of our hubs within their first month. Teams also gather quarterly to support collaboration
