Job Summary :

Crew Members at Chipotle are the frontline of the customer service experience, tasked with ensuring that every guest feels welcomed and satisfied. This position involves a variety of tasks, from food preparation to customer interaction.

Responsibilities :

• Greet customers and take food and drink orders; serve food and beverages to guests.
• Prepare food items such as burritos, bowls, and tacos according to Chipotle’s standards.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards.
• Process customer transactions at the register.
• Ensure the dining area, kitchen, and prep areas remain clean and organized.
• Provide prompt and friendly customer service; resolve customer issues with a positive attitude.
